Finding where the water gets in
A mark on a ceiling may be some distance from the place rain enters the roof. Tell us whether it follows heavy rain, windy weather or a particular direction of rain. Common points to check include valleys, ridges, chimney flashings and roof junctions.
Repair scope
Depending on the condition of the roof, the scope may involve replacing a small number of slates or tiles, repairing a localised detail, or discussing a wider renewal. We can explain the options and set out the agreed work in writing.

Include the postcode, affected room and when the leak happens. A photo from ground level or a picture of the internal damp mark can help us understand the issue before we visit.
